About Mom & Pop's Dream Shop
Our Story
We are a family-owned business that has been serving the craft community since 2021. Our passion for crafting started as a hobby and has grown into a full-time business. We take pride in providing high-quality, hand-crafted products and excellent customer service.
"Excellent customer service" isn't just a marketing scheme. We strongly believe in old-fashioned values like those of our grandparents. Making a profit is not our primary goal. We do what we do because we love crafting and sharing those crafts with people. Our primary goal is to create happy customers who want to return to our store.
We always strive to place our customers first and do what's fair when it comes to sales (not just what's profitable).
If you are unhappy with one of our products, please let us know. We'll do our best to make things right.
Our Logos
Aside from our primary logo (top image), we also use two others to identify our brands.
The first is called "Ded Designs" (pronounced "D'Ed") and is the logo we use to identify all of our hand-crafted wood creations.
